Delivery takes up to 48 hours within Switzerland and 5 to 7 business days internationally for items in stock.
If the bra size is not right, you may exchange it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but Naya will cover the shipping costs for the new size.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the sports bra must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
If the size or style isn't quite right for you, we'll be happy to help you find another size or style.
Would you rather wait before making a decision? You can keep 100% of the value of your return as a Naya store credit, with no deductions and no expiration date.
If you prefer to receive a refund to your original payment method, that is, of course, possible. In that case, a flat fee of 5 CHF per order will be deducted to cover a portion of the transaction and restocking fees.
After an exchange, you have 7 days from the date you receive the new item to contact us if you are still not satisfied with it. After this period, only a Naya store credit will be offered, subject to compliance with our return policy.
