We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Thongs, panties, G-strings, and other undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unwashed—and in its original packaging.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions or items not exchanged:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear (including thongs, briefs, and G-strings).
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for gift cards.
Discussions:
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and contact us athello@wearnaya.ch to receive instructions on the exchange process and the shipment of the new item. Only unwashed, unworn bras in perfect condition can be exchanged. For hygiene reasons, stockings cannot be returned or exchanged.
For exchanges, the return period is 7 days from the date you receive the exchanged items. After this period, only a store credit will be offered.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn and unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. A restocking fee of CHF 5.00 applies per order.
