Why choose a wireless bra?

📦 Shipping within Switzerland: typically within 24 to 48 business hours for in-stock items and 3 to 5 business days for Europe
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be shipped in a single shipment once all items are in stock.
👉 The estimated delivery time is always listed directly on the relevant product page.

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return of a sports bra.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
If the size or style doesn't suit you, there are several options available: exchange, Naya store credit, or refund.
To submit a request, simply email us at hello@wearnaya.ch 💌 We’ll send you the necessary instructions.
Thongs and other underwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
After you receive your new item, you have 7 days to contact us if you are still not satisfied with it.
After this period, only a Naya store credit may be offered, subject to compliance with our return policy.
Can sports bras be exchanged?

If the size or style doesn't suit you, we're happy to arrange an exchange to help you find the bra that best fits your body type.
The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt, and the bra must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs to Naya. However, once your return has been received and inspected, Naya will cover the shipping costs for the new size.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or money-back guarantee?

If your sports bra doesn't fit, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
We offer several options so you can choose the one that suits you best.
First, you can choose to exchange the item, and we’ll help you find a size or style that’s a better fit.
If you'd rather wait before choosing a new bra, you can keep 100% of the value of your return as a Naya store credit, with no deductions and no expiration date. That way, you can use it whenever you like in our store.
If you'd prefer to receive a refund to your original payment method, that is, of course, possible. In that case, a flat fee of 5 CHF per order will be deducted to cover a portion of the transaction and restocking fees.
