📦 Shipping within Switzerland: typically within 24 to 48 business hours for in-stock items and 3 to 5 business days for Europe
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be shipped in a single shipment once all items are in stock.
👉 The estimated delivery time is always listed directly on the relevant product page.

What is the return policy?

You can return your sports bras under certain conditions:
For hygiene reasons, thongs and other underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the size isn't right, we prefer to exchange the item and will cover the shipping costs for the new item to ensure you're fully satisfied.
Once we have received your exchanged item, you have 7 days to return it again if necessary.
After this period, we may offer you a credit note.
