Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any order placed before 2:00 PM is shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM or on the weekend are shipped the next business day.

Order Tracking An email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. Tracking is available at dpd.ch (Switzerland) or colissimo.fr (France & Belgium).
Order Not Received If your package does not arrive on time, please contact us at hello@wearnaya.ch. We will track your package or send you a replacement.
